A full-time Social Worker is available to assist the resident and family with a variety of needs. Insurance/reimbursement counseling and billing assistance is offered. Individual and family counseling can be provided. Discharge planning ascertains that the resident has a safe and prepared environment in which to return. Assistance can be given in scheduling follow-up appointments, in-home services, and equipment.
