The original archway of the Somerset High School remains as part of the architecture of our Personal Care Level. Many fond memories are ignited for those visiting or living at the facility. Throughout the past 15 years, The Patriot has evolved into a multidimensional Health Care Facility as a result of listening to the community's request, as well as identification of their need.
