Independent Living Apartments

The Patriot offers studio style independent living apartments that include all the necessities to assist you in living independently.  Each studio apartment consists of an open floor plan including: kitchenette with stove and  refrigerator, a full bath and plenty of closet space.  These apartments are for seniors who are able to safely live independently with or without assistive devices.

Services included in the monthly rental fee are as follows:  three prepared buffet style meals daily, utilities,and light housekeeping  services weekly.  Telephone, cable, beauty/barber and laundry services are available for an additional fee.

Personal Care Suites

Our personal care community offers 24-hour assistance in living, support with medication management, assistance with activities of daily living, three buffet style meals and daily housekeeping services.  Our personal care community offers both private and semi-private accommodations and an array of daily activities and programming.  Enjoy companionship with friends and family, as well as, assistance in daily living.  Transportation to medical appointments, cable television, telephone, beauty\barber and laundry services are available.

Veterans Aide and Attendance Benefits are gladly accepted.
