PERSONAL CARE

As part of The Patriot, our Personal Care/Assisted Living Facility is located in the heart of Somerset; convenient to multiple shopping areas. We are only minutes from Somerset Hospital.

Two recently constructed Independent Living Suites, complete with kitchenettes and private baths, are in addition to private and semi-private rooms. Accommodations are comfortable, spacious and newly carpeted. Rooms are fully air-conditioned with individual controls. Two elevators are available for resident use. The floor contains a full sprinkler and alarm system.

A daily breakfast buffet is served to the residents. There are in-house cable and telephone systems; Internet access is available in the large Atrium. Laundry service can be requested. Designated resident parking assures a close access to the building.”

Personal Care Level staff is comprised of LPNs, trained Medication and Personal Care Aides. Rehabilitation Therapies (Physical, Occupational and Speech) are on-site. Select physicians do offer service at the facility. Pharmacy services that deliver are available. Designated Activity staff serve this level of care. Short Term/Respite Care can be arranged.

Two additional levels of care within the facility ease the transition, should a higher level of care become necessary for the resident on either a temporary or permanent basis.

A variety of payment options is available. We will assist with application for Veteran's Administration benefits, as applicable.
