REHABILITATIVE THERAPIES

Our comprehensive rehabilitation program at The Patriot consists of an experienced team of licensed professional rehabilitation therapists, including:

  • Physical Therapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Speech & Language Pathologists

Our Therapists provide caring and experienced treatment for residents overcoming the challenges and debilitation brought on by acute and chronic injury, illness or surgery.  Our experience and care in assisting seniors successfully enables our short-term rehabilitation unit to bridge the road to recovery between hospital and home.

The short-term rehab unit offers both private and semi-private accommodations and an environment where seniors in need of short-term nursing care services can work to meet their goals.
